euroPlus Garantie selbst bezahlt dann keine regulierung mehr

Hey,

habe ein riesen Problem, vergangene Woche lief mein 1er net mehr, der gelebe Engel brachte mich zu den freundlichen. Es hat sich herausgestellt das die Zündspulen defekt waren. Sie wurden alle ausgetauscht. Im nachfolgenden Gespräche mit dem Serviceberater erwähnt ich das thema kulanz auf, da das auto ein 2006 modell ist mit gerademal 64.000km, das wurde dann promt abgelehnt. So sprach ich ihn auf die Europlus garantie an, da ich ein Heftchen im Auto habe, das aber nicht die dauer angibt und nur den beginn mit der Police nr. er sagte das würde Sie decken, jedoch hatte ich das Zertifikat nicht dabei und wußte nicht wielange die Garatiedauer ist. So habe ich die Rechinung bezahlt.



Als ich nun zuhause angekommen bin und nach einer suche , stellte sich heraus das ich doch das Zertifikat habe und das ich noch 5 monate europlus garatie habe.



bin dann zu bmw gegangen, die sagten ich soll mich bei europlus melden, die würden alles regelen. nun habe ich dort angerufen, sie würden es nicht begleichen, weil es NICHT vor Reperaturbeginn gemeldet wurde.



was soll man jetzt tun?

wie würdet ihr vorgehen? zu den freundlichen nochmal hin und drauf bestehen? drauf hinweisen das man das thema euro plus angesprochen habe, jedoch keine reaktion durch prüfung der euro plus police erfolgt ist???

Also meinem hatte bisher auch immer die Nummer gereicht, ohne Police. Er hat es einmal mit der Nummer geprüft und gut war! Also hin! Was ist denn wenn man die Police mal verliert? Also bezahlt ist bezahlt und bei meinen anderen Versicherungen muss ich ja auch nicht immer gleich das Blatt vorlegen.
